Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Pitch products or services to generate sales or set appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Handle objections confidently and close leads
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or call logs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in voice process telesales telemarketing or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Experience in BPO customer service outbound/inbound sales
- Prior B2B or B2C client handling experience is a plus
