Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Associates to promote and sell our mobile accessories (chargers cables earphones etc.) at retail counters across Rajasthan. The role involves both counter sales and onboarding new retailers into our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive counter sales and assist walk-in customers in selecting the right mobile accessories.
Identify approach and onboard new retailers and distributors within assigned areas.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and retailers.
Monitor product display and ensure effective branding at counters.
Provide demonstrations and handle product queries from customers and retailers.
Collect market feedback to improve offerings and service.
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in retail or channel sales preferably in mobile accessories FMCG or electronics.
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be familiar with local market geography of Rajasthan.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to use mobile apps for daily reporting and communication.
