Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi (Work From Office)

Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Overview:
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in international BPO/outsourcing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling services across the USA UK Singapore and UAE markets with the ability to pitch voice/non-voice customer support back-office and technical helpdesk services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for international BPO services
- Pitch offerings such as lead generation appointment setting back-office customer support and tech helpdesk
- Identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn Sales Navigator email campaigns B2B platforms cold calling etc.
- Engage with CXOs and procurement heads to close long-term outsourcing deals
- Build tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and share performance updates with leadership
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Monitor outsourcing market trends pricing strategies and competitor activity
Requirements
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
3 7 years of experience in international business development/sales in the BPO industry
Proven track record of acquiring clients from USA UK Singapore and UAE
Strong ability to sell voice/non-voice support back-office and tech support services
Familiar with email marketing tools CRMs LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B platforms
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (Marketing / Business / IT); MBA is a plus
Understanding of BPO delivery models and pricing
Familiarity with outsourcing SLAs onboarding and contract handling
