- 3-4 weeks/month

Call Schedule: Nights & Weekends (occasional)

- Nights; 5p-7a

- Weekends; 7a-7a

Call Type: Beeper

Call Ratio: 1:3

Call Response Time: 15 min

Rounding included: Yes

APPs in Practice: 2

Support Staff: 2 MAs 2 Office Staffs

Procedures:

- Cardiovascular & Thoracic cases including CABG EVH etc

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Cerner

EVH system: Vasoview Hemepro

Other Info:

- Will provide support/training to the newly hired APCs

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License

BC/BE

BLS

Healthcare
