Your Day-to-Day
As Clinical Nurse Manager you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department
Lead nursing teams with a focus on quality safety and performance
Coordinate staffing scheduling and resource management
Promote best practices and evidence-based care
Collaborate across departments to improve outcomes
Mentor coach and support team development
Requirements
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state
5 years of recent clinical experience in the Emergency Department or related specialty
3 5 years of supervisory or management experience
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
