Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Provide timely and exceptional customer support via email (and other support channels as needed.)
Assist users with account setup verification KYC documentation top-ups cash-outs and platform navigation.
Escalate technical issues or platform bugs to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions inquiries and resolutions.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve user experience.
Investment & Trading Support
- Explain trading features order types and investment options to customers in a simple clear manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to stock and options trading.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on platform usage and investment tools.
Account Management & Security
- Verify customer identities and process account updates including personal and banking information.
- Support users through account recovery and ensure compliance with account security protocols.
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of customer service experience ideally in fintech banking or financial services.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Communications or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software ticketing systems and multi-channel support platforms.
- Experience with trading platforms or financial applications (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way.
- Detail-oriented especially when handling sensitive financial data and KYC documentation.
- Patient empathetic and calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced evolving environments.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (preferred).
Scope:
Full-time dedicated role working exclusively for the client.
Philippine business hours operation (9:00 AM 5:00 PM).
Focused on manual processes during the regulatory sandbox phase.
Part of a small but growing team supporting fintech platform expansion.
