Job Description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (AEST)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying potential clients making outbound calls and pitching recruitment services to businesses across Australia.

This is a remote role suited for someone confident in sales conversations proactive in follow-ups and experienced in generating qualified leads in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to introduce and promote recruitment services

  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

  • Record all calls leads and interactions accurately using CRM tools

  • Follow up with prospects via phone or email to nurture interest and set meetings

  • Meet daily/weekly goals for call volume and lead conversion

  • Coordinate with the sales and recruitment team to transition qualified leads



Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling telemarketing or lead generation (ideally in recruitment or B2B sales)

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace
