Job Description
- Design configure and implement solutions within the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) module.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver compliant scalable trade solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with core SAP modules (such as SD MM and FI) and external systems.
- Provide expertise in areas such as customs management compliance management embargo checks and preference processing.
- Support testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Assist in end-user training and provide post-go-live support to resolve operational issues.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
- Strong understanding of global trade compliance processes and customs regulations.
- Proven ability to configure SAP GTS components such as customs declarations legal control SPL screening and duty management.
- Experience with integration of SAP GTS with other SAP modules (e.g. SD MM) and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with international trade documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams across business and IT domains.
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP GTS-related issues independently and efficiently.
