Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Staff Nurse-Emergency Department for our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Permanent / Full-Time
Responsibilities
- To document and discuss desired treatment modifications with senior personnel as well as to evaluate the importance of the patients clinical observations.
- To ensure the accuracy and legibility of all clinical and legal papers while upholding professional confidentiality.
- keeps track of all grievances and occurrences and notifies the clinical coordinator so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
- Ongoing assessment of patient care standards with a focus on nursing care within the department.
- Should continue supervising junior nursing personnel while on duty offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- To gain management experience under the guidance of a clinical coordinator or mentor.
Requirements
- Be listed in the NMBI-maintained Register of Nurses or be eligible to be listed there.
- 1 year post registration experience.
- It is preferred to have six months of emergency experience.
- Capable of exercising self-initiative.
- The capacity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication abilities.
- Able to handle a demanding workload.
