Job Position:Machine Operator/Bench Technician
Pay Rate: $18$20/hour
Shift/Hours: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
Location: Tulsa OK
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bench Technician to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and manufacturing with the ability to work with precision tools and interpret technical drawings. This is an excellent opportunity to grow alongside expert craftsmen in a supportive mentorship-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints drawings and instructions to produce accurate components
Operate manual lathes mills drills shears rollers and benders
Use calipers rulers micrometers and other precision tools to measure and assemble components
Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety procedures
Collaborate with experienced technicians as part of a structured mentorship program
Skills & Experience Requirements
35 years of experience in machining manufacturing or related fields
Familiarity with drill guides jigs weld jogs and fixtures
Soldering and welding experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Proficiency with calipers micrometers scales rulers and protractors 13 years experience preferred)
