About Product
Infocentric is building an early-stage SaaS modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform inspired by SailPoint and Saviynt. Our goal is to deliver a multi-tenant cloud-native identity platform for enterprise customers focusing on access management approvals self-service portals and workflow automation.
Role Overview
Title: Senior Full Stack Developer / Solution Architect Type: Full-time Location: Remote/On-site as needed Start Date: Immediate Youll work directly with the founder acting as both a hands-on senior developer and a technical architect.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: - Lead the design of Products technical architecture. - Define coding standards API contracts and deployment pipelines. Development: - Write production-grade code across React (TypeScript Material UI) and PostgreSQL. - Build REST APIs user interfaces approval workflows and API integrations with the backend IGA platform. DevOps and Deployment: - Set up local development environments (Docker Compose). - Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup. - Help deploy the MVP to AWS or other target cloud platforms. Integration Work: - Lead integration with the Identity platform APIs and AWS Cognito for authentication. AI-Augmented Development: - Use tools like ChatGPT Claude and Cursor AI to accelerate development and documentation.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in software development with full stack expertise. - Strong experience in React TypeScript Material UI PostgreSQL REST API design and Docker. - Proven track record in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership roles. - Familiarity with AWS services especially Cognito. - Understanding of authentication authorization and multi-tenancy patterns. - Experience integrating with external APIs.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with SailPoint or Saviynt. - Knowledge of IAM or IGA workflows. - Experience with Postgres reporting schemas or analytics pipelines. - Familiarity with OpenAPI / Swagger specs. - Experience using Berry React Admin Template.

- Startup mindset: Resourceful self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity. - Excellent communicator: Able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. - Willingness to work hands-on in code every day.
AI Tools Experience
We expect you to be fluent in using AI tools like ChatGPT Claude Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot to: - Speed up development - Generate and refactor code - Draft API documentation - Design database schemas and architectural diagrams - Help research unfamiliar technologies on the fly
AI Proficiency Screening Assessment
