Entry-Level Machine Operators
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Joplin MO
Shift:1st Shift Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Overtime available on Saturdays as needed)
Pay:Starting at $16/hour with potential for higher pay based on experience
Job Description:
Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring entry-level machine operators for a reputable machine shop in Joplin. These temp-to-hire positions offer a great opportunity for individuals seeking long-term growth within a company. While prior machine operating experience is preferred we are willing to train dependable candidates who are committed to consistent daily attendance.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Reliable with a strong and stable work history
Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
