Job Description
Marketing Manager Multi-Location Dental Group
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (B2B and B2C) to grow patient base and referral relationships
Manage and mentor a seasoned marketing and outreach team
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives
Travel between clinic locations to support team efforts and maintain brand consistency
Analyze data and KPIs to adjust campaigns and optimize performance
Drive brand awareness through creative outside the box ideas and targeted outreach
Stay current on trends in healthcare marketing digital media and local community engagement
Represent the group at events dental conferences and community functions
5 years in marketing leadership preferably in healthcare or dental
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
Strong understanding of patient acquisition referral networks and provider motivations
Experience managing sales or outreach professionals
Willingness to travel throughout Central MA and be hands-on at the clinic level
Exceptional communication organization and creative problem-solving skills
A collaborative leader who isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves
