Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable RV Repair Technician to join the service team at a busy well-established RV dealership. This technician will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining recreational vehicles with a focus on quality efficiency and safety. This is a full-time year-round position with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical HVAC plumbing slide-outs and appliances
Perform structural repairs involving fiberglass wood aluminum and other materials
Inspect and troubleshoot RV components to identify necessary repairs
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely job completion
Maintain a safe organized and clean work environment
Accurately document repairs and maintain service records
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience hands-on experience in RV repair
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver s license required; RVIA/RVDA certification a plus but not required
