This is a remote position.
The Administration Marketing and Bids role includes:
- Preparation of Bids / Tender submissions and marketing material including the preparation of fee proposals capability statements and the like in Indesign
- Prepare client presentations.
- Assist with panel submissions.
- Arrange photo shoots for project nearing completion or having been completed.
- Run and manage social club and associated events/expenditure.
- Arrange staff/client functions internally and externally including venue catering invitations and the like.
- Executive Assistant support including managing diaries and booking travel.
- Manage office including day to day organising and running
- Manage office supplies including orders (e.g. Coles and Officeworks).
- Assist with the running and organisation of the office on a day-to-day basis
- template Assistance assist with the updating of our templates in PowerPoint bluebeam and InDesig
- Marketing assist with the management of our social media platforms updating of our company website and any other advertising needs
- Reporting assist with updating office reporting documents such as social club costing sheet and any other adhoc reporting needed for the overall running of the office
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in a similar position within a corporate/professional environment.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign specifically). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
