This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Part-time role 10 hours per week flexible schedule during clients business hours (PST)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage email inbox tracking tasks and follow-ups from various communications with partners sponsors and investors
- Process incoming invoices and company expenses entering data into spreadsheets for financial tracking
- Maintain organized systems within Google Drive and G Suite environment
- Provide calendar management support as needed
- Support communication coordination with stakeholders during pre-seed funding activities
- Help maintain operational efficiency during the company s growth phase
Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Suite (Gmail Docs Sheets Calendar)
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial data management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with startup pace and evolving priorities
