Job Description
- Translate complex business needs into sustainable scalable and integrated IT and data solutions.
- Act as a strategic bridge between business and technology ensuring solution alignment with enterprise architecture data strategy and IT policies.
- Analyze business issues and contribute to the formation of a product and domain vision considering dependencies risks and opportunities.
- Design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements while integrating process data applications and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture security and compliance frameworks by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Document solution designs using established standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects Product Owners Developers Testers and other stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
- Support Agile rituals and ways of working while actively promoting digital transformation initiatives.
- Validate proposed solutions against quality frameworks and architecture standards provide input for test scenarios and support solution deployment and evaluation.
- 10 years of experience in IT architecture solution design and business-IT alignment roles.
- A completed HBO or WO degree preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of architecture business analysis and data management methodologies such as TOGAF DYA BABOK and DAMA.
- Proficiency in modeling standards such as BPMN ArchiMate and ER diagrams.
- Experience contributing to digital transformation and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to design cross-functional solutions that balance innovation feasibility and long-term sustainability.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively at operational tactical and strategic levels.
- Manage a diverse group of stakeholders and foster cross-functional alignment.

LinkedIn: As a Senior Informatica Cloud & Azure Data Engineer, you will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Act as an onsite coordinator, managing a small technical team and facilitating communication between onshore and offshore teams. Maintain and optimize Azure data infrastructure and services for high availability and scalability. Develop and troubleshoot SQL/PL SQL queries and manage efficient data pipelines. Ensure compliance with performance, security, and best practice standards in all project phases. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable data solutions. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall experience in data engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud (IDMC certification is mandatory). Proven track record of managing small teams and serving as a technical coordinator. Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
