We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin (Office Staff) to manage day-to-day administrative operations and maintain financial records for our consultancy. The ideal candidate will support shop operations maintain accurate data and accounting entries and assist in general office coordination.
Maintain daily accounts including data entry of expenses bills and receipts.
Handle petty cash billing and basic bookkeeping functions.
Maintain and update client and vendor databases.
Coordinate shop operations such as supplies stock and basic logistics.
Assist with preparing invoices following up on payments and generating financial summaries.
Maintain proper filing systems and office documentation.
Support recruitment team in documentation and scheduling if required.
Coordinate with vendors staff and internal teams for daily administrative needs.
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Commerce Business Administration or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally preferred but not mandatory).
