The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory through direct client engagement lead conversion and relationship building. This individual will serve as the face of InstaSafe in the field presenting our cybersecurity solutions to potential customers understanding their pain points and positioning our offerings effectively to close deals.
Identify engage and qualify prospects through field visits events and local networking.
Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase InstaSafe s cybersecurity solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers security heads and procurement teams.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create customized solutions based on client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and regulatory changes impacting cybersecurity.
Represent InstaSafe at industry events conferences and partner meetups.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal product and marketing teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups proposal submissions and contract closures.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Territory Management: Capable of planning and executing territory coverage effectively.
Customer Engagement: Skilled in identifying client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Product Understanding: Ability to understand technical solutions and explain benefits to non-technical audiences.
Negotiation & Objection Handling: Strong skills in handling objections and closing sales confidently.
CRM & Reporting: Experience in maintaining accurate sales records and reporting using CRM tools.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of IT/cybersecurity market dynamics and trends.
Agility: Adapts quickly to changing client needs competitive dynamics and internal priorities.
Problem-solving: Capable of navigating complex customer environments and finding win-win outcomes.
Excellence: Maintains high standards of professionalism presentation and execution.

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Head
Work Hours: Normal working hours with meeting scheduling as per client meetings
Work Environment: On-field role with occasional in-office or virtual coordination
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the Mumbai region and nearby zones

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
Experience: 2- 10 years in field sales preferably in IT/Tech/SaaS/Cybersecurity domains
