Job Description

What youll do:

As the B2B Marketing Manager youll play key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy for dealer OEM and agency clients across the Automotive Industry and Leisure verticals. Youll partner closely with commercial product and marketing teams to drive go-to-market success elevate our customer communications and strengthen brand presence across key B2B touchpoints.

  • Develop and execution our annual B2B marketing plan aligning initiatives with business priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights to shape strategy guide planning and elevate campaign effectiveness.
  • Champion a customer-first approach to communication crafting messaging that is clear compelling and reflective of the carsales brand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design insights sales enablement product and automation teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive acquisition retention and re-engagement.
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new products services and initiativesensuring cohesive rollout across paid owned and earned channels.
  • Oversee content and event execution for industry forums customer events and trade shows ensuring consistent and high-impact brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance sharing key learnings and opportunities with internal stakeholders to continually optimise impact.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market roles ideally within a fast-paced complex business environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align across teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft high-quality customer-facing communications.
  • Solid project management capability balancing strategic thinking with executional excellence and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive them forward.
  • The ability to translate complex concepts into simple engaging messages.
  • People management experience with a collaborative approach to leadership and team development.
