Were seeking passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) ready to lead with heart collaborate with purpose and deliver outstanding clinical care.
What Youll Do
Reporting to the Clinic Director youll:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise mentor and train RBTs/BTs
- Provide caregiver training and guidance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines
What Were Looking For
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB state license if required)
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field
- 2 years of BCaBA experience (preferred)
- Experience with Central Reach (preferred)
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
