Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in New Orleans LA. In this role you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments ensuring high-quality service and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills a commitment to excellence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and update databases accordingly
Prepare client reports presentations and follow-up documentation
Resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency
Assist in onboarding new clients and facilitating client meetings
Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
