Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Communications Coordinator to support and enhance the internal and external communications efforts of our growing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing messaging strategies drafting content coordinating with departments and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external communications across departments
Draft and edit press releases newsletters reports and presentations
Develop and maintain brand tone and messaging across all written materials
Support leadership in the preparation of speeches briefings and presentations
Ensure communication projects are completed on time and meet high standards
Collaborate with graphic designers project managers and leadership to align communication goals
Monitor communication performance and provide data-driven insights for improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications writing or coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Familiarity with internal communications tools and editorial calendars is a plus
