Job Description
- Manage staff workloads and schedules
- Hire train and supervise personnel
- Manage client expectations and communication
- Plans develops coordinates and directs small & large projects with complex features.
- Perform technical engineering
- Track projects budgets and schedules and reviews reports.
- Ascertain that deliverables are submitted to the client on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain existing clients and develop new business.
- Attend business networking functions to grow business
- Participate in the growth and business development of Converse
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree at a minimum Masters Degree preferred
- Registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer
