Job Description
Summary of Duties:
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged proprietary guest and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules policies & procedures and safety standards.
Position Description:
Work to create graphic designs; research review edit track and return photos; assist with proofing and revisions; work with printers to ensure timely and on-budget printed materials; maintain and operate printing equipment in the marketing department. Works with marketing team to create production schedules and keeps projects on track. Convert and adapt printed materials to the web. Help assure that all publications maintain high and internally consistent standards.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the general public.

- General knowledge of company specified computer operating software.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management staff co-workers and general public.

- Create visually compelling graphic designs for magazines reports newsletters brochures newspaper and magazine ads flyers and other publications and products.
- Review edit and archive photos and illustrations for publications and other projects; scan artwork for positioning; track and return all photos and artwork.
- Revise design and text as necessary to ensure highest standards of accuracy readability and visual appeal.
- Creates production schedules and assists in keeping projects on track.
- Assist with conversion and/or adaptation of magazine and other publications to the web create graphics for online publications where necessary.
- Maintain all inventory and supplies for all printers and equipment within the department.
- Create and post digital and physical materials throughout the casino to the website digital billboards and social as well as other areas needed.
- Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed casino internal control policies and practices.
- Participate as a team member with fellow employees in production a smooth and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service.
- Adhere to the strict confidentiality of all information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Respect and protect the confidential and privileged information of my employer beyond the term of my employment.
Education/Qualifications:
- Position requires excellent design skills imagination creativity time management and the ability to work independently on projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of and experience with web design.
Licensing:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements:
Requires problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Requires prolonged sitting standing or walking; mobility; eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; fine finger manipulation; able to lift up to 80 pounds; Work is performed in the casino and in an office environment; Tolerate varying conditions of noise levels temperature illumination and air quality.
