Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.

The Research Integrity Project Manager collaborates closely with the Research Integrity Officer (RIO) to promote ethical research practices and ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations. This position provides critical operational support throughout the research integrity process and manages the universitys digital repositories related to research misconduct. By developing innovative messaging and training materials the Project Manager contributes significantly to cultivating a university-wide culture of research integrity and accountability across the Norman Campus.
Essential Duties:
- Eectively manages a variety of projects including assisting the RIO in managing allegations of research misconduct to ensure compliance with university policies and applicable federal and sponsor regulations.
- Prepares forensic reports and draft other reports summaries memoranda and correspondence.
- Summarizes individual projects progress and risks to senior leadership.
- Monitors department timelines and utilizes tools for transparency to ensure resources are available and applied appropriately to achieve desired performance goals in a timely manner.
- Ensures program and departmental websites present the most relevant information.
- Interfaces and serves as liaison with Campus College and Department administration to accomplish project(s) outcomes.
- Maintains eective internal and external communication regarding the process innovation and project management eorts.
- Develops and implements communication plans and new content including written materials graphics presentations and multimedia and utilizes best practices for the offices messaging strategies.
- Keeps abreast of recent trends and developments in process innovation and project management in the specialized area of research integrity/compliance.
- Ensures that the department has the infrastructure and resources required to perform its role.
- Works closely with the RIO to represent the department during community outreach and Ethics in Research training events and meetings.
- Perform various duties as needed.
