# Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients ensuring their insurance needs are met and addressing any inquiries they may have.

# Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Process policy changes renewals and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide guidance throughout the process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes bind coverage and provide policy information to clients
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery

# Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance customer service or related field
- Strong knowledge of AMS systems specifically Applied EPIC and proficiency in managing account and policy information
- Familiarity with personal lines insurance products including auto high net worth and standard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to providing inclusive and equitable service to clients of diverse backgrounds

# Day-to-day
- Engage with clients via phone email and in-person to address their insurance needs and inquiries
- Analyze and process policy changes renewals and endorsements in accordance with client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices in customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and provide knowledgeable service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation to support efficient service delivery
