We are seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our Palm Beach Gardens team as a Customer Service Clerk!No legal experience No problem we offer on the job training!
Our Palm Beach Gardens office is seeking a well-organized detail-oriented professional who likes the challenge of variety and possess excellent time management skills to join their team as a Customer Services Clerk at the Violations Bureau!

At the Violations Bureau you will assist customers with processing citations filed throughout Palm Beach County. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge on traffic citations reinstating drivers licenses misdemeanors cases county ordinances and much more!
If you possess strong excellent communication skills have a strong customer service approach and enjoy problem solving this position is perfect for you!

This position is eligible for a one dollar per hour stipend which has already been added to the salary advertised. The one dollar per hour stipend will be awarded upon completion of the introductory period.The stipend will no longer apply should the employee transfer out of this position.

Typical Qualifications

High school diploma (or GED) supplemented by five (5) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.

Some vocational or college courses preferred. Once qualified deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions.
