Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Consultant/Analyst to lead the implementation optimization and support of Oracles S&OP solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning modules and a deep understanding of supply chain planning demand forecasting and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial goals with supply and demand planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to support integrated business planning processes.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders across supply chain finance and sales functions to gather requirements and drive planning process improvements.
- Optimize integration between demand and supply planning ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy and develop robust scenario modeling.
- Develop and maintain dashboards KPIs and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud.
- Provide end-user training documentation and support to promote effective system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to planning and forecasting systems.
- Assist in data migration integration with other Oracle modules (e.g. Inventory Procurement) and system performance tuning.
- Stay informed on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and best practices in S&OP and supply chain planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Information Systems or related field.
- 10 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with strong expertise in S&OP Demand Management and Supply Planning modules.
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting supply planning principles and inventory optimization.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central Demand Management and Supply Planning.
- Familiarity with data modeling analytics and reporting using OTBI BI Publisher and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI ADFDI REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-tech or manufacturing industry sectors.
- Background in cross-functional planning teams and exposure to enterprise transformation projects.
- Experience in Bay Area-based organizations or clients.
