Job Description

The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance Cavista Holdings brand presence engage stakeholders and drive business growth.

This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in branding digital marketing content strategy PR and internal/external communications.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy to strengthen Cavista Holdings global reputation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms aligning with corporate values and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital social email events) to promote Cavista Holdings services and thought leadership. 
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM social media and content marketing.  
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Craft compelling press releases speeches articles and executive communications.  
  • Manage media relations interviews and PR opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and handle reputation management. 
  • Drive internal communication strategies to foster alignment and engagement across global teams.  
  • Create newsletters content and leadership announcements.  
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.  
  • Collaborate with leadership to communicate company milestones financial performance and strategic vision.
  • Prepare presentations reports and other marketing collateral as required.
  • Track KPIs (brand awareness engagement lead generation) and present insights to leadership.  
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to refine marketing strategies.  

Qualifications :

  • A First degree or its equivalent in Marketing Communications Business or related field. A Masters degree will confer an advantage 
  • 10 years experience in marketing and communications preferably within global tech consulting or diversified holding companies with strong multinational exposure.
  • Exceptional writing editing and storytelling abilities.  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics HubSpot Hootsuite Adobe Creative Suite).  
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.  
  • Experience with PR agencies media relations and crisis management.  
  • Strategic thinker creative adaptable and culturally aware.
