Were recruiting for a Product Onboarding Executive to join the team in Cardiff. Working within with the fund onboarding team the role of the Product Onboarding Executive will be responsible for onboarding new fund mandates managing account change events and providing day-to-day and strategic support to Product Onboarding Managers within the team.
What youll be doing:
- Coordinating the operational onboarding of new fund/client mandates share class launches and portfolio amendments by partnering with stakeholder teams ensuring full business engagement and completion of all operational requirements
- Communicating onboarding progress internally and externally holding regular working group sessions with key stakeholders to monitor and manage timelines and deliverables
- Completing onboarding documentation with input and approval from stakeholders ensuring all parties receive the necessary fund documentation to support accurate and timely fund setup
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across LGIM by developing a clear understanding of each business areas function and role in the onboarding process
- Acting as an onboarding consultant by demonstrating technical expertise understanding client decision-making processes and mapping key milestones to manage expectations
- Applying and where appropriate designing and implementing business processes and procedures to support a risk-controlled compliant environment within a strong governance framework
- Providing both day-to-day and strategic support to Product Onboarding Managers contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team
- Contributing to the Strategic Target Operating Model (STOM) programme by optimising fund onboarding processes and enhancing cross-functional engagement
Qualifications :

- Basic understanding of investments
- Knowledge of current investment market regulatory and economic matters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate influence and operate at a senior management level
- Experience within the investment management or pensions industry
- Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with internal and external contacts up to and including senior levels
- Working within Compliance or Legal Departments
