Job Description
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Understanding products and assisting the business team in finding non-standard legal solutions to a wide range of legal issues while mitigating legal risks
- Providing leadership to ensure the legality of business activities ass well as legal corporate governance and corporate housekeeping
- Participating directly in business projects together with the business team representing the company before state authorities institutions and in relations with third parties
- Drafting and analyzing various contracts and other corporate and business documents in English and Estonian
- Managing the companys legal projects and cases
- Liaising with legal advisors regulators management and other stakeholders on legal matters
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in law
- At least 5 years of experience in the legal field preferably in supporting energy (or other commodity) sales teams
- Experience in contract drafting
- Ability to multitask work both independently and in a team handle complex legal issues reconcile different expectations and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English (sufficient for drafting legal documents)
- Ability to simplify complex legal issues and provide pragmatic operational legal advice
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in construction or energy law
