Working Student / Intern – Strategy & Business Development (f/m/d)

As a Working Student or Intern in the Office of the Chief of Staff youll operate at the heart of a fast-scaling IIoT innovator and work directly with our senior leadership team.

What Youll Do

• Support and steer our 8-Quarter Value Creation Plan (Corporate Strategy)
• Prepare and contribute to Board-level presentations and performance tracking
• Drive strategic business development initiatives across the organization
• Help shape and execute ProGloves Company Strategy and growth priorities
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams including Product Sales and Marketing

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Enrolled in a Business Economics Management or similar degree program
• Previous experience (internship or similar) in management consulting high-growth startup or strategic function
• High analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Self-starter mindset with excellent organizational skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced high-ambiguity environment
• End-to-end ownership from Day 1 youll lead projects not just support them
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must; German a plus
• Interest or experience with agentic AI tools is a strong advantage
