We are currently seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our growing team on a full-time basis with opportunities for part-time work also available.
Position Overview - Including but not limited to
Ensuring the safe preparation and dispensing of medications
Clinical verification of prescriptions and therapeutic assessments
Conducting medication reviews and patient consultations
Administering immunizations and providing minor ailment services
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to support optimal therapeutic outcomes
Conducting occasional public education sessions on pharmacy and health-related topics

Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Fluent in French and English both spoken and written
Strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
