Job Description
1. Operational Management: Daily warehouse operations ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards implement efficient processes and monitor productivity and quality.
2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels conduct regular audits and develop inventory control policies.
3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and carriers ensure timely delivery of goods and manage logistics for efficiency.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy DC to warehouse delivery time and fillrate on-time receiving warehouse utilization labor productivity pick and pack rates and safety incident rates. Generate performance reports identify areas for improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Candidate should have completed their Bachelor or Dimploma degree.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
