In partnership with one of the most admired and creative teams in the cocktail and spirits community Mary Mary at The Tasman a Luxury Collection Hotel Hobart takes the namesake of Australias first private Hospital St Mary and amplifies it to create a memorable drinking den cocktail bar and spirits library. It is a convivial energetic and sophisticated space with a modern approach to cocktail mixology service food and the appreciation of fine beverages.
The Opportunity
Were now inviting applications from magnetic and experiencedFood and Beverage Bartender (Part time/ Casual)to work in our signature cocktail bar!You will be part of an exceptional team ready to transform the drinking experience in Hobart. Using hyper-local ingredients you will be welcoming our guests into a portal of fine drinking with indigenous craft cocktails and spirits library that will indulge their curiosity and turn them into transformative experiences.
About You
- Experience working in luxury hotels or cocktail bars
- A genuine passion for one of a kind food and beverage products
- Ability to gauge customers preferences delivering a unique drinking experience
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Valid DofoodSafely Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days evenings weekends and public holidays
