Job Description
- Full Time Permanent or 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
- 80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of an ADO
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute sub-acute aged care and community services.
We require a passionate and qualified Grade One Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive team.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver a patient centred Social Work Service across both the admitted and non-admitted spaces.
Our supportive team has collectively over 50 years of clinical experience. Our team offer regular supervision with senior Social Work clinicians and provide a supportive environment for skill development and professional growth.

- Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100000 throughout the northeast.
