The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Integration Manager (Level M) a highly motivated and dynamic Integration Manager to lead all aspects of assimilating a new aftermarket business into the Commercial Spares & Managed Parts portfolio. The Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in leading both the strategic and tactical elements of the integration process ensuring a smooth transition and driving alignment across functions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with the ability to deal in the details (will need breadth and depth). Must have a willingness to be highly accountable and roll-up your sleeves. Ideally this position will be based in Plano TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Integration Planning & Execution
Develop a detailed integration plan aligning all stakeholders. Identify risks and mitigation plans.
Serve as primary point of contact for all integration-related activities.
Be a change management advocate and champion to ensure a smooth transition for the acquired entity.
Identify and drive process improvements.
Establish a governance cadence and communication plan (internal and external.
Capabilities Assessment & Future Roadmap
Complete a comprehensive assessment of the acquired businesss full capabilities and determine which capabilities are synergistic.
Understand competitive positioning within the marketplace as well as strengths weaknesses and potential opportunity.
Develop long-range business plan for the acquired business.
Determine level of integration that will enable to acquired business to optimize results.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years experience in aftermarket strategy project / program management operations
Ability to distill complex information
Strong project management skills with the ability to influence within the matrix and drive accountability
Work within an ambiguous and fast past environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communicator
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher with an MBA or equivalent work experience desired
Work experience outside of Boeing
Experience in strategy and / or commercial aftermarket a plus
M&A or integration experience
