Our products can be found online at Amazon select premium retailers such as Nordstrom Neiman Marcus and hundreds of specialty retail locations around the globe. RuffleButts has been a Summit Park holding since 2020.
What Were Looking For
RuffleButts is looking for a Sr. Manager FP&A who oversees the companys financial planning budgeting forecasting and strategic analysis to support decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals. This role partners with leadership to provide actionable insights manage financial performance and drive long-term profitability
To Summarize You Will
- Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and long-range financial plans.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support business strategies including ROI cost management and market opportunities.
- Deliver accurate timely and insightful financial reports and dashboards to executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align financial performance with strategic goals and improve efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Optimize financial systems and processes for accurate reporting and efficiency.
- Support M&A activity scenario modeling and other ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling forecasting tools and Excel.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in financial systems (e.g. Hyperion SAP Workday Adaptive).
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
