Landscape Architecture

AECOM is seeking a Landscape Architecture based in Los Angeles CA.

This position is expected to begin in July 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction.
• Assist in the preparation of design graphics and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project team members across disciplines.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Landscape Architect may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a bachelors degree or higher in architecture or Landscape Architecture design from an accredited program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in landscape architecture.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional landscape design experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent graphic verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to proactively solve challenges.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite MS Office Suite hand drawing.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino3D).
• Desire and ability to integrate seamlessly into both landscape architecture and multi-disciplinary design teams.
• A commitment to design excellence and a passion for building a better world.
• Actively pursuing licensure.
• LEED GA/AP SITES AP or ENV SP credentials.
• Familiarity with Southern California native and climate-appropriate plant communities.
• Experience preparing construction documents.
• Experience with advanced modeling and analysis software (e.g. Revit Grasshopper3D ArcGIS).
• Experience with advanced visualization software and plugins (e.g. Lumion Enscape V-Ray).
