Job Description
Value Added Distributors is growing and is looking to add to their team. Value Added Distributors is looking for a driven hardworking and enthusiastic Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate to join their team of experts at their Chambersburg PA location. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm. Salary range is around $17 per hour. This position reports to the Production Manager/Production Lead and will assist in the day to day inventory control activities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities for the Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate:
- Deliver customer orders via van/25 ft box truck.
- Scan orders at customer for orders to be created done and delivered.
- Help pull and deliver product to the proper inventory location department or personnel.
- Picking and pulling of parts to job specifications.
- Cycle counting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and flow of product to the production floor.
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate:
- Must have a valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy counts.
- Experience entering data into computers.
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
- Ability to work quickly high degree of accuracy and independently in a fast-paced environment.
