Cookeville TN Full-Time Day Shift (6AM6PM) Rotating 2/2/3 Schedule
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and doing things right the first time Aphena Pharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician to support our pharmaceutical packaging operations in a clean climate-controlled facility. Who You Are:
High school diploma or GED required.
23 years of relevant experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role preferred.
Familiar with AQL inspections and good documentation practices.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel email and navigating basic systems.
Reliable with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent attendance.
Schedule:
12-hour day shift (6AM6PM)
2/2/3 rotating schedule work just 14 days per month!
Qualifications
What Youll Do:
Approve or reject incoming raw materials components packaging and labeling.
Inspect in-process materials and finished products for conformance to specifications.
Identify document and help resolve nonconformances in products or processes.
Conduct routine audits and complete quality reports accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs safety protocols and cGMP standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and production record reviews.
