Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an F&B Attendant at our luxurious resort in Mai Khao Thailand! Were looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Provide prompt friendly and professional service to guests in all food and beverage outlets
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus including ingredients and preparation methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events and meal services
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining open communication
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction
- Uphold the privacy rights of guests and maintain discretion at all times
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong English language skills; knowledge of Thai language and culture is a plus
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus including ingredients and preparation methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
