Were looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Auckland team. In this pivotal role youll drive corporate government MICE and leisure accounts boosting occupancy and revenue for our Auckland property and contributing to the success of the wider group.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute sales plans in line with market trends and business needs.
- Identify and secure new business while nurturing existing accounts (50/50 focus).
- Proactively monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
- Build strong relationships with clients agencies and key partners.
- Represent the property at trade shows and industry events.
- Work closely with the Marketing Revenue and Hotel teams to maximise opportunities.
- Keep stakeholders informed and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales within hospitality tourism or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate government and MICE markets.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- A proactive self-motivated attitude with a passion for results.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and think strategically.
