📌 OPEN POSITION: Online Business Developer (International Markets)
📍 Operational Base: Cyprus – Remote work with local presence
📅 Flexible hours | 🌐 Sector: International Franchising Development
We are looking for Online Business Developers based in Cyprus, motivated to build strategic digital relationships with local and international businesses in the retail, food, and services industries, with the goal of identifying high-potential companies for franchising expansion.
🔎 TARGET MARKETS:
- Cyprus, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Qatar
- France
- United Kingdom, Ireland
- Spain
🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify target companies in the assigned markets and initiate first contact through focused digital interactions
Establish professional relationships via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels, in line with team strategies
Promote initial exploratory conversations aimed at qualifying interest and scheduling a discovery call with our consultants
Contribute to building a solid and consistent relational ecosystem by following shared standards and guidelines
Use CRM and digital tools to manage daily operations (training will be provided)
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal skills and advanced communication abilities
- Previous experience, even short-term, in commercial roles, customer success, B2B sales, or business development
- Familiarity with using social media and digital channels for professional networking
- Operational autonomy, proactivity, and professional reliability
- Must be based in Cyprus (the work is remote, but a local presence is required)
- Fluency in English, preferably combined with one of the following languages: Greek, Spanish, or French
