The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the Defense Financial Analysis Management team in Hazelwood Missouri or Mesa Arizona.
Come join the Defense Financial Analysis management team where you will lead a team of analysts managing the financial execution of various Defense Platforms.
The Financial Analyst Manager will:
Manage develop and motivate a geographically diverse team to execute financial analysis processes to inform business decisions while meeting operational goals
Drive process improvements
Provide oversight and coaching on technical approaches
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and with business partners
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees within the Defense Financial Analysis Center of Expertise (COE) supporting the Boeing Defense and Global Services
Perform and analyze Estimates at Completion budget baselining development financial forecasting and risk management analysis
Develop and execute project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and lead process improvements
Manages employees performing Estimates at Completion budget development financial forecasting business case development and risk financial and competitive analyses
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations Cost Management Accounting Estimating Financial Planning or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
1 years of experience leading projects or teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field
10 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
