Job Description
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of Slot floor activity. Assist Slot Shift Manager in maintaining and supervising slot floor operations coverage of breaks and resolve minor customer disputes. Monitor Slot floor activity to ensure protection of company funds. Oversee employees to ensure that the safety integrity security and Company and regulatory policies/procedures are upheld.
Job Functions
- Complete written department forms to document cash transactions jackpot payouts and money handling.
- Monitor slot floor activities BV jams paper jams data entry guest relations and dispatch.
- Develop apply and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and team members.
- Maintain secure key controls at all times.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation.
- Possess knowledge of all special events and promotional activities to communicate with representatives and provide customer service to guests.
- Provide customer service to guest inquiries special requests or complaints.
- Possess thorough knowledge of player tracking system.
- Issue complimentary services to guests consistent with company policy.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year gaming or players club experience.
- Proficient in player tracking system and MS computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required.
