Job Description
Preparation of Daily Reports
a. Bill of Ladings for shipments being made
b. Purchase Orders
c. Product Orders
Preparation of weekly and period end reports
a. Goods Received vs. Shipped
b. Inventory reporting- Tank measurements-Period End Reporting For Accounting
d. Accounting Reporting
Daily Inventory Reconciliation
a. Excel Spreadsheet to track Inventory
Qualifications :
Good verbal and written communication Skills
High School diploma some college accounting courses helpful.
Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
SAP experience preferred
Ten-key by touch
