YOUR MISSION:
As an Engineering Manager - Agent Builder Experience (f/m/d) at Parloa youll lead a team of talented software engineers on a mission to deliver cutting-edge agent builder tooling. Together with Product Management you will shape the vision for our co-pilot functionality and insights-driven agent optimization journey fostering a culture of speed collaboration and technical excellence.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Grow and lead a team of 5-7 backend/full stack engineers sustaining a culture of speed collaboration and technical excellence
- Empower your team to deliver enterprise-grade software in close collaboration with other functional teams (e.g. applied science frontend engineering)
- Raise the bar in terms of operational excellence (e.g. security scalability reliability)
- Develop your reports via effective feedback and provide them with growth opportunities
- Improve the operational efficiency of our engineering organization by contributing to cross-team leadership initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 7 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer and/or as a technical lead
- 4-5 years of experience as a people manager
- Visionary leadership and willingness to work in a fast-paced high ambition environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Experience with building and sustaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including executives
- Strong customer orientation and ambition to provide a best-in-class experience
- Track record of leading teams to build highly scalable and compliant software
- Experience in leading large and complex technical projects (1 year roadmap)
