We are looking for a new Business Unit Lead (m/f/d) to lead the team and focus on expanding the brands presence to new markets streamlining and improving existing processes and driving other strategic and organizational topics.

the Berlin Acoustics team of 7 people is high-performing and purpose-driven with clear roles strong leadership and a culture of ownership.
Who You Are:
5 years of experience in business development international sales or a similar commercial role
Proven track record of launching products or brands in new markets
Strong analytical and communication skills - you are able to convince partners and back it up with data
High ownership mentality: entrepreneurial hands-on and self-driven
Experience in B2B environments (ideally in architecture furniture acoustics or design-related fields)
Availability and readiness to travel for work frequently
Culturally fluent and confident working across diverse regions
Fluent in English; German Italian Spanish or French is a strong plus
